Go to Forgot your password, enter your email, and follow the link we send you.
How do I make the text bigger?
On a computer, hold the Ctrl key (or Command on a Mac) and press the + key. On a phone or tablet, use your device's text size setting, or pinch to zoom.
My progress isn't showing
Make sure you're signed in. Lessons are marked complete when you select “Mark this lesson complete” or “Next Lesson”.
Where are my action-plan answers?
For your privacy they stay in your web browser and are not saved to your account. If you turned on “Save a draft on this device”, they're available on the same device and browser. Otherwise, download your PDF before closing the page.
