3-Day Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing the Senior Safeguard online course. If it isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase for single-course purchases, provided 20% or less of the lesson content has been accessed when you submit your request.

To request a refund, email contact@seniorsafeguardservice.com with your name and the email address used at checkout.

Lesson content accessed is measured by the lessons and practice activities you have opened, as recorded in your account. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and your course access will end. Your bank's processing time may vary.

Requests submitted more than 3 days (72 hours) after purchase, or after more than 20% of the lesson content has been accessed, are not eligible under this policy. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
