Privacy policy

Who we are
This course website is operated by Senior Safeguard Services ("we", "us"). Contact: see the Support page.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, an optional name, and a securely stored password (handled by our sign-in provider, Supabase).
- Purchase information: whether you have paid, the amount, date and refund status. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page; we never see or store your card number.
- Course progress: which lessons and practice activities you've opened or completed, and quiz scores.
- Campaign information: if you arrive from an ad or link, its campaign labels (for example "utm_source=facebook") are stored with your purchase. These labels don't identify you.
What we do NOT collect
Your Personalized Action Plan answers stay on your device. The questionnaire, the financial institutions you choose, trusted contacts, cybersecurity checklist choices, notes and the PDF are created and kept in your web browser. They are not sent to us, are not stored with your course progress, and are never sent to analytics or advertising services. By default they are kept only while the page is open; if you choose "Save a draft on this device", they are stored in your browser on that device until you select "Delete My Answers".
We never ask for account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or verification codes.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If we turn on Facebook (Meta) advertising measurement, it is off unless you choose "Allow", and it runs only on our enrollment pages — never on lessons, practice activities, Urgent Help or the action plan. You can change your choice with "Cookie choices" at the bottom of every page. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; instead, advertising measurement stays off unless you choose "Allow".
